• An independent appraiser, not employed by Tullymore, will assess the value of your home
• Tullymore will give you the assessed value of your home, minus the mortgage balance, as down payment on a home at Tullymore*
• You must use the full value of your home as payment toward a Tullymore home

*Not valid if the value of your home is less than the mortgage owed. Also, the appraised value of your home must be lower than the value of the Tullymore home you desire.
